Virginia 'Ginny' H. Brown

Virginia “Ginny” Brown, 91, of Sylvania Twp., OH, and formerly of Temperance, MI, died Tuesday, January 1, 2019. Born December 22, 1927, in Bedford Twp., MI, she was the daughter of John and Helen S. (Winkler) Powalowski. A 1945 graduate of the former Temperance High School, she married Robert Brown on May 29, 1948. He preceded her in death on January 22, 2007. Ginny was a member of Lambertville United Methodist Church. She and her husband, Bob, enjoyed boating, snow mobile riding, western square dancing, wintering in Florida, and spending time with their grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving are her loving children, Jerry Brown and Penny (James) Lenardson 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Frank Powalowski and sister, Elizabeth George.
